"As part of the Deep Teknologi collective, T. Williams operates in the zone where London’s new pirate radio House music blurs into more internationalist “classic” Tech House, so it’s not surprising to discover that Paul Woolford – more usually seen on venerable electronica labels like Soma and Planet E – heard this track and asked to remix it. The result, amazingly, makes it less generic. It retains its electro-tom hooks but amplifies its syncopations while pairing back some of he emphasis on the four-to-the-floor to create a complex unfolding narrative around the girl-next-door vocals (whch at times suggest a London Fern Kinney). The production is technically dazzling, but sounds neither futurist nor in classic House. It has been transformed into a unique piece of smooth Techno soul."
